Good News!!!

I haven't ever had computer trouble, but our hard drive crashed. We went to Mesa on Friday the 18th for a baptism. After the baptism Buff was making me a CD of some pictures he took at the graveside. It was simple. I told him that I have all of my pictures on my computer and I probably should save them on a CD. Sunday our computer crashed and I had all our pictures from forever on there and I still don't know if I will be able to get them off. I guess that was a prompting to save them right when I got home. I hope they will be able to get them off.

Anyways a little since I have posted last. While we were down in Mesa we met up with some friends we haven't seen since Mk was 18 months old. We use to hang out with them in college all of the time. After NAU they went to Pittsburgh, Ft. Worth, and now in Billings, MT. It was sure great to see them. Jana I need some pictures.

On the 24th was Heidi's birthday. I called her that morning talked to her, but totally forgot it was her birthday. Oh crap, I remembered a little later. I guess I was the winner though, because my mom forgot also.

Here's the good news! On the 25th I had my heart doctors appointment. They did an echo and an EKG. He said that everything looked perfect! I was very relieved. I kept thinking that I was too young to have heart trouble...my kids still need me, actually Robert still needs me, lol. Thanks mom and dad, for watching the kids while we were gone. They had a great time!

Macklee Martin

I am going to go to my first baby shower since loosing Braxton. My friend has a girl, then two boys and now a little girl. Another friend is throwing her a baby shower. Janis brought over an invitation for me and said she would understand if I didn't want to go, but I'm going to hump up and go. Anyways, I got her a cute outfit and made some headbands because that's what little girls need. Then I was deciding how to wrap it and decided to decorate a box with my stamps that I don't use very often. Here is a picture I thought it came out quite cute! The baby's name is going to be Macklee.

Happy ???th Birthday

Well we had a successful weekend, however I forgot my camera and I emailed myself some pictures from my mom's and they didn't work very well. I will get a CD and post the pictures later. We had such a great time though. My mom and I stayed up until 2 am waiting for the chicken, Heidi fell asleep in the chair with one of the twins. On Saturday the kids played outside...riding the four wheeler, playing with trucks and dirt. We had fun!

Well today is my dad's birthday and I thought that I would post some of the great things that he has taught me though the years, and still continues to teach me.

1. Hard work never hurt anyone.
2. Respect people.
3. Family is very important.
4. Support your children in all they do.
5. Have fun and enjoy life!

I love my dad and I am thankful that he is my dad! We have a great relationship and I feel that I can go to him for anything! He, my mom, and Robert were at the hospital for the entire week that I was there. It's great to have such a dedicated and supportive family just to be there meant so much!

I love you dad and Happy Birthday!!!

Attempting the seemingly impossible

Heidi and her boys are coming up for the weekend, so my mom wanted to get all of the grandkids in their Christmas outfits and try the seemingly impossible...to take a picture. There will be nine total, 7 and under. I'm sure it will be fun, hopefully successful too! I'll share some pictures when we get back!

I'm so excited to be with my family. We have fun when we get together. We also are going to bottle some chicken...doing the overnighter! We did it last February and we loved it, so we are going to do some more.

Have a great weekend!

Remember I'm from Eagar...

and I have just recently heard of blogging. I decided since alot of my family & friends are not close I would share some of our day to day happenings with you.

Just this morning I was reading the Church News talking about an Attitude of Graditude and President Eyring states that he once "heard in his mind--not in my own voice--these words: 'I'm not giving you these experiences for yourself. Write them down.'" Hope you enjoy!!!

PS...incase you didn't get it? The Haws Hawse (house). Pretty clever huh?
